The most dangerous ones now closed to the public. But still, many vertigo-inducing ones.
The most striking (to me in this visit) were the Cobá ones. But Uxmal comes close in the sheer openness of the experience.
(For a mathematician, it is a sobering thought to know that Witold Hurewicz died when he fell off one of the Uxmal pyramids in 1956, a few days after an Algebraic Topology meeting in Mexico City…)
